Grandma and Grandad watch a television news report about an alien spotted in Aldi. Chloe sees the report; Callum uses headphones and a tablet.

Chloe finds disguised Kellian with Aldi bags in a bedroom. His disguise disappears. Outside, Grandma and Grandad stand by the green car; another adult joins them, whose identity is not established here.

Grandad discovers Kellian asleep, reacts with alarm and retreats into an armchair while Kellian approaches him.

Grandma takes a phone call beside the swings; intercut shots show Grandad on the phone in the living room.

Grandma and the children see Dan pass with the telephone box. They return home and gather with Grandad in the living room.

Grandma throws a cushion at Grandad in the living room, where his model railway equipment is visible.

Curtis joins the family and examines the map with Chloe and Callum at the wooden dining table.

The BMW returns through the neighbourhood. Grandad plays with a model railway on the living-room floor. Kellian arrives and sits close beside him.

Grandad now wears pink trousers. Kellian wakes in a room crowded with clocks, electronics and portraits of his parents, plays through a huge speaker stack and hides under the bed after the blast.

Chloe and Callum investigate the noise. Chloe finds Kellian under the bed. Outside, a squirrel clings to Grandad as he runs away.

Grandad runs through the neighbourhood with the squirrel on his shoulder. Curtis sees him from the BMW.

Grandad and the children dance in the room full of clocks. Kaylian and Kevlian arrive at the purple front door and knock.

Grandma and Grandad arrive in the red saloon outside the purple-door house and talk inside the car.

Grandad watches television coverage of efforts to retrieve the crashed spaceship. BBQ Pig is in the living room wearing a white covering marked BBQ.

Grandad pushes a green lawnmower across the front garden.

Kaylian looks through the neighbours’ window at BBQ Pig, then speaks to Grandad by the patio doors. Grandad retreats inside.

Grandma and Grandad are in the living room with BBQ Pig. The pig jumps through the window.

BBQ Pig runs across the lawn and street. Grandad chases it while Chloe and Callum watch. Kellian walks with Kaylian and Kevlian outside the neighbouring house.

Grandad pursues BBQ Pig, falls on his back and meets the elderly woman riding the ostrich. He climbs aboard behind her.

Curtis drives his dark BMW behind the ostrich riders, returns to the houses and begins press-ups. The ostrich jumps over him and the car. The interior driving view shows a right-hand steering wheel.

The actual Grandma and Grandad stand in the living room with the ostrich sitting on the sofa.

Grandad operates an extensive model railway in the loft, among exposed wooden roof beams. Kaylian climbs through the floor hatch and startles him.

Grandma and disguised Kaylian drink together in the book-lined room. Grandad and disguised Kevlian share drinks beside a round barbecue in the garden.
