We collect and process the following information when you register a business plot or use our billboard network:

• Contact details: Name and email address.
• Business details: Business name and contact email.
• Transaction info: Information related to your rental payments (handled securely via Stripe). We do not store full credit card details on our own servers.
• In-game connection data: Your Kellian Builder Username to link to your in-game plot.
• Ad content details: YouTube URLs and slot titles you supply.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use this data to:

• Create and configure your business plot and video billboard in Kellian's World.
• Process your subscription payments and handle top-ups.
• Send transactional notifications, invoices, and support updates.
• Ensure compliance with our Acceptable Content Policy.

3. Payment Processing via Stripe

All billing is processed directly by Stripe, Inc. Your payment details are collected and handled encrypted under Stripe's standard terms. The billing metadata includes your booking ID to track payment status.

4. Data Retention

We retain your business registration and plot parameters for as long as your subscription is active, or as needed to resolve billing records and satisfy legal accounting requirements (typically 6 years in the UK).

5. Your Rights

By renting a business plot or submitting a video ad to the Kellian Billboard Network, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms detailed below.

1. Billing and Subscription Conditions

• Monthly Rental Fee: The subscription cost is £100.00 per month.
• Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed automatically every month starting from registration.
• Done-For-You Setup: An optional £100.00 one-off fee applies if you request construction design assistance. This setup fee is non-refundable once the plot layout has been created.
• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time. Billed months are non-refundable, but no further payments will be taken and your business plot status will revert to standard/free at the end of your billing cycle.

2. Acceptable Billboard Content

We display proximity-activated YouTube advertisements to other players in the community. You are solely responsible for the video content you link. Content must not contain:

• Adult material, explicit violence, or highly suggestive content.
• Hate speech, harassment, discrimination, or abusive language.
• Materials violating third-party copyrights or intellectual property rights.
• Scams, misleading promises, or illegal products/services.

We reserve the right to immediately deactivate any billboard running content that violates these guidelines, without refund.

3. Service Availability and Liability

While we strive for maximum uptime of the 3D world builder and digital billboards, we do not guarantee 100% continuous availability. We are not liable for any business disruptions or losses resulting from server downtime, maintenance, or game updates.
