Before your first website download
You can cancel the website purchase and request a full refund before your first download starts. Email websites@kellian.co.uk with your name, website, order reference if available, and the email used at checkout.
After downloading
If files are missing, faulty, or materially different from what was agreed, contact us with the details so we can investigate and provide the correct files, a fix or a refund as appropriate. We also review other refund requests individually. You retain any statutory rights that apply.
If you are purchasing as a consumer, any applicable 14-day cancellation right and rights for faulty digital content remain in place. These pages do not ask you to waive those rights.
Optional AI and hosting plans
Monthly plans have no minimum contract term beyond the paid month. You can cancel either service at any time by emailing websites@kellian.co.uk. Tell us which service to cancel and include your website or order reference. We will confirm cancellation, stop further renewals and continue the paid service until the end of the paid month. Contact us before the next renewal so it can be stopped.
If you cancel hosting, arrange another host if you want the site to remain online. Keep a copy of your website files. If a service is faulty or unavailable, contact us so we can review the problem and any refund due.
How refunds are returned
Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method. The bank or card provider’s processing time can vary. We will confirm the outcome of your request by email. Never email your full card number or card security code.
The checkout tells you whether a payment is live or a test before you continue.
