These terms cover our business website-redesign service. They do not replace the separate terms for Kellian’s lessons and games. Purchases are intended for your business website. Any statutory consumer rights that apply are preserved.
Review before buying
Open the redesigned website, check its desktop and phone views, and review its business facts, photographs, links and pages. You can try changing text and replacing photographs on the opened demo. A preview is an independent concept and is not a business endorsement.
Trial edits are temporary. The downloadable website contains the prepared design and owner editor; it does not automatically include the changes made in your private trial. Ask us to incorporate any required changes before buying.
Website files and delivery
The website purchase includes the prepared website files and an owner editing area. After Stripe confirms payment, a download link becomes available on the return page. Contact us if your payment is confirmed but the files do not become available. There is no postage or physical delivery.
The editing area needs compatible PHP hosting. Your domain, hosting transfer and Google owner sign-in configuration may need separate setup; they are not automatically completed by downloading the files. Domain registration, ongoing hosting, managed AI and additional work are included only where expressly selected or separately agreed. Any separate charges must be agreed before that work begins.
You are responsible for having permission to use your business name, text, photographs and other supplied material. Third-party fonts, code and other components retain their applicable licences.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in British pounds sterling (GBP). The website is £100 once, with optional AI Assistant at £20 per month and Hosting at £20 per month. Review your selection and the total before payment. Extras start unselected and are included only when you choose them.
Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. The checkout shows the total due today and whether it is using live or test payments before you continue.
Optional monthly services
Each selected monthly service is first billed at checkout and renews monthly with no minimum contract term beyond the paid month. You can cancel at any time by emailing websites@kellian.co.uk, identifying the service and your order or website. Cancellation stops further renewals and the service continues until the end of the paid month. We will confirm the cancellation; contact us before the next renewal so it can be stopped.
Managed AI and hosting need setup with us. Contact Lee to confirm setup and service arrangements before selecting these services at checkout. AI answers can contain mistakes and should not be treated as confirmed bookings or professional advice. If hosting ends, you will need another host to keep your website online; keep a copy of your files.
Refunds, problems and cancellation
You can request a full refund of the website purchase before your first download starts. After downloading, contact us about missing or faulty files, material differences from the agreed design, or any other refund request. The full process is in our refunds and cancellations policy.
Nothing in these terms removes statutory rights that apply to you. We do not ask you to waive any applicable consumer cancellation right through these terms.
